cupid is out

the real power of  dog love

A new report from Rover confirms that dogs are number one in our hearts. The research found that devoted dog people gaze lovingly into their dog's eyes (67 percent), cuddle their dog more often than their partner (47 percent) and would even consider ending a relationship if their partner didn’t like dogs or was severely allergic (53 percent).

 Where to snuggle

Join us for an evening of Dog Love celebration at Seattle's premier Kimpton Hotel. We're taking over the Parlor Room for the nation’s biggest dog cuddling party where pet parents and their dogs are invited to enjoy a furry flurry of delicious Valentine’s treats, a colorful doggy playground, a cozy corner fit for snuggles, paw-print Valentine’s Day cards and dog product giveaways.

Snugglefest FAQ

What is Snugglefest all about?

It's all about the power of dog love! This Valentine's Day, Rover is celebrating the bond between humans and dogs with a party dedicated to all the things our pups love most: treats, playtime, and of course, snuggles.

Is this a family-friendly event?

Very much so. Kids are welcome and expected at Snugglefest. No need for children who are seven or younger to RSVP—just bring them along!—however please submit separate RSVPs for kids in the eight and above age range.

Is my dog invited?

What’s a celebration of dog love without dogs? Provided your pup is well-behaved and happy to be around both fellow dogs and people, we'll welcome them with open arms—literally!

How much does it cost to atteND SNUGGLEFEST?

Snugglefest is hosted by Rover and totally free to attend. Consider it our Valentine’s Day gift to you and the dogs you love.

Will there be food and drinks?

We will be providing light snacks and one complimentary beverage to each guest. There will also be a cash bar for guests who would like additional beer or wine.

How do I know that my dog will be safe?

A dog safety monitor from Rover will be present to ensure dog and humans are safe at all times. That said, by entering, you agree to remain aware of your dog at all times and always ask a dog’s owner before greeting, petting, or offering treats. Also, please keep your dog on leash and under control at all times. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if we are concerned for the safety of you, your dog and/or other guests.

What is Rover?

Rover connects pet parents with a nationwide network of dog lovers who can't wait to watch their dog. Search for nearby dog sitters, day care providers, and dog walkers who’ll help care for your pet—at their place or yours. By removing common pet care obstacles, Rover ensures dogs nationwide are happy and well-cared for even when their human is away, and empowers dog lovers to live happy and fulfilling lives.

How can I sign up to try Rover?

It’s easy! All you have to do is head to our sign-up page rover.com/vday_sign_up and quickly let us know a little more about your needs. Then you can start searching for local dog sitters and walkers in your neighborhood.

Can I meet some sitters who are on Rover at this event?

Absolutely! Local sitters and walkers on Rover will be on hand at Snugglefest 2019—it’s a great opportunity to get to know the trusted, caring people who are always ready to take great care of your pup.

Problem Solving

Attend small group workshops about mobile ads, mobile responsive site and mobile app development. Learn about the rapid rise of mobile browsing (and what that means to us) in our interactive globe installation. And hear from Richard Hopewell, Founder of Frost Finder, about how to get caught up -- and then get ahead.

Speakers (Doors Close)

We’re capturing more data than ever before. And we’re doing it more precisely. But we’re still not using data to its full potential. Used well, numbers can teach us about each other, inspire our creativity and help us take risks and innovate in our work.

7:45 PM

Networking

Everyone’s focusing on it, but it’s not a focused word. What does it mean exactly? Why does it matter? And how do we do it right? Attend small group workshops about mobile ads, mobile responsive site and mobile app development while meeting the right people.

“Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.”
